By accessing or using EBMSovereign, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

EBMSovereign provides an API-based LLM security firewall service. We scan text inputs and outputs for security threats including prompt injection, data exfiltration, and other OWASP LLM Top 10 risks.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EBMSovereign for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our service. Prohibited activities include: attempting to bypass security measures, reverse engineering our API, and using the service to process illegal content.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion for annual plans within 30 days of purchase.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for paid plans. In the event of downtime exceeding the SLA, eligible customers may receive service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

EBMSovereign is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all threats will be detected. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures beyond our service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
